Ethical Manufacturing

Ethical production is something that we at Untitled feel really strongly about. We really mean it when we say that our parts are made with love, for you to love. In both Guangdong Province, China and New York, United States, all of our clothing is ethically made by our direct manufacturing teams. It is ensured that any Untitled employee or employee of our chosen manufacturing partners are paid a fair wage, able to work acceptable hours in a safe working environment and are of a minimum age requirement to be working.  We are an independent brand who priorities human rights, animal rights (all fabrics and products are 100% cruelty free) and safe working conditions more than obtaining the lowest price in any situation. In every type of fashion company or brand, we are aware that this should be a given, but sadly, for many, that is still not the case. We employ independent staff who are trained to recognize the standard of employment and working environment we expect of any factories/suppliers that we choose to partner with. Not only this but we have built strong, long-standing relationships with the small number of selected factories that we work with and hope that we can continue to grow together as we continue to see demand and love for Untitled clothes, ensuring both stable jobs and a sustainable income for those that we partner with.

Sustainability

Our packages can be recycled with your usual plastic waste! All of our clothing is sustainably made in small batches to ensure no excess stock ever goes to landfill. We endeavor to create high quality, beautifully made garments designed to last. We do ask our customers to take care of their Untitled pieces and help us with this. By caring for garments the right way and looking after your pieces, you can double the life of a garment and reduce the climate impact in half. There is always room for improvement and we are constantly working to explore further ways into which we can make our brand more sustainable while continuing to provide garments at a price that our customers can continue to support and enjoy.

Employment

We are an equal opportunities employer, committed to equality of opportunity and to providing a service in all areas of employment including recruitment, selection, training, deployment, career development, and promotion by following practices which are free from unfair and unlawful discrimination. We value people as individuals with diverse opinions, cultures, lifestyles and circumstances and ensure that no applicant or member of staff receives less favorable treatment on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation, or is disadvantaged by conditions or requirements.
